Well, my last day of summer vacation is coming to an end. I start student teaching tomorrow. I'm sad that summer is over, but I'm also excited and nervous for student teaching to begin.
I'm placed in a kindergarten classroom, so the main thing I'm nervous about is classroom management. I've learned a thing or two about classroom management over the past 4 years of college and internships, but I've never actually taken over an entire class by myself. I'm sure I'm probably more nervous than I need to be, but I think it would be a bad sign if I didn't have any nerves at all.
Anyway, send those good thoughts and well wishes my way. I might need them. haha :)
